Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This protects both your time and ours, ensuring we're fully prepared for your visit. Deposits are applied toward your service total.
Cancellation Window
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. We understand emergencies happen—please communicate with us as soon as possible.
Appointment-Only Studio
We operate strictly by appointment to ensure you receive our full, undivided attention. Walk-ins are not accepted. Please book ahead to secure your preferred time slot.
